Program Leaders
At BARiO UNiCO we offer Capacity building training for Program leaders of each Neighborhood Center. Capacity building workshops/trainings are provided to equip Program Leaders with the necessary tools to elevate the level of activities/programs and information they provide to their communities. In the year 2025 (Sept – Dec) we offered a capacity building training named “Collective campaign – fundamental branding, social media skills & storytelling for social impact.” This training provided the program leaders with extensive coaching (one – on – one) as well as grouped workshops, on the topic of social media and social impact. They worked together on their neighborhood center's branding and identity.

Board Members
We also provided capacity building trainings for the Board Members of the neighborhood centers. This capacity building training focused on “Refresh & Refocus: Align, Act, Achieve.” The goal was to align the visions of board members and collectively work on their role and purpose description. They collectively worked on aligning, acting, and achieving their yearly goals.
